Depreciation is the loss in value of the car, not a cash expense. With your own car you do not pay this money out; it stays with you, but your car is worth less. For a PFA or SRL, depreciation is a deductible expense that lowers the tax base (the profit).

Days off and holidays: an employee gets about 31 paid days off a year (21 days of leave plus 17 public holidays, of which on average 10 fall on weekdays), about 2.6 days a month. In ride-hailing, if you do not work those 2.6 days a month, you take home about 365 RON/month less.
Overtime and night work: in a regular job, overtime is paid at a 75–100% premium, night work at 25% and work on public holidays at up to 100%. In ride-hailing, surge pricing takes the place of these premiums, but it is not guaranteed.

Info: an SRL Micro must have at least one full-time employee (minimum 4,325 RON gross). Without an employee, the company automatically moves to the 16% profit tax.

Car wear (loss of value): your car loses value over time and with every kilometre. It is not an immediate cash expense, but the value of the car goes down (not necessarily by exactly the accounting depreciation, but it does go down). Money tied up in the car also cannot be used for anything else.
Pension contribution (CAS): if you pay no pension contribution, or very little, as often happens with a PFA under the threshold or with dividends without an employment contract, your future self will get a smaller pension. It is a hidden cost many people ignore in the short term.
